Welcome to the Heartwood Hotel
Creature comforts for the Canine clan - All our runs for dogs are indoors and climate controlled. We have smoke & fire detectors in every hallway of our boarding areas, which is monitored 24 hours a day, so you can feel a little more confident leaving your pets with us. We have skylights to provide natural light for everyone, and we make sure to leave the radio and a night-light on every evening. Every run has a platform bed so your best friend can sleep up off the floor. You can bring bedding and blankets from home if you like, or we will provide some of our bedding (as long as your pet does not like to chew).
King-size runs (6' x 6') are also available. Feeding time is twice a day - we provide Purina Veterinary diets, or you can bring your pet's favorite from home. Outdoor exercise in our four fenced yards (14' x 26' each) is provided for every dog at least twice a day.
Special attention for the Feline guests - A separate room is tucked away for these special friends. The Kitty Room has a skylight and a large window view of the peaceful woodland behind our hospital?the birds and squirrels can be very entertaining. The best rooms in the house are our Kitty Condos which enjoy the greatest window view.
Pampered Pet Program - To help your friend feel more at home, we can provide additional one-on-one attention daily with brushing and playtime. Ask us about our Pampered Pet Program when you schedule your pet's stay we'll do our best to make them feel special!
