Of course there are times outside regular hours when pet owners have questions about their pet’s medications or treatment recommendations or need confirmation they need to seek emergency treatment. For established Heartwood Animal Hospital patients, Dr. Kate Crumley is usually available through our call center outside of regular office hours from 9:00 am – 9:00 pm. Call 919-570-9311 for instructions if you need help outside our regular hours.
Emergencies:
If your pet needs immediate after hour assistance, we recommend the excellent team at Veterinary Specialty Hospital of the Carolinas-North Raleigh office. VSH-North Raleigh is a full service emergency facility for pets, and is just off Capital Blvd about 20 minutes from Heartwood Animal Hospital.
