What time should I Check-in my pet if he/she is...

Boarding- ****NEW****check-in times are between 9:00a-5:30p, Monday-Friday, Saturday, 9:30a-12:30p

Grooming- Please check-in between 8:00a-9:00a Monday-Friday

What time should my pet be Admitted if he/she is...

Going to be a Day Patient-  Admit between 8:00a-9:00a on Monday-Friday and between 9:00a-9:30a on Saturday.

Having a Surgery- We recommend admitting the day before scheduled Surgery, anytime during normal business hours. (There will be no additional charge for early admission.) 

If admitting the day before surgery is not possible, be sure to be here by 8:00a-8:30a the day of scheduled Surgery.

• Be sure to withold all food and treats after 9:00p.m. the night before scheduled Surgery.  Liquids are Okay.

Is there anything I should bring?

• Please bring any medications or prescription diet that your pet may be on.  Food and Medication will be administered per label instructions.
• Food, food dishes, and bedding will be provided, but feel free to bring anything that might make your pet more comfortable during his/her stay. You are welcome to bring your pet treats such as doggie biscuits or kitty treats, but please do not bring raw hide chews, or bones.
